The library, known as the Learning Resource Centre (LRC), is the heart of the Academic Centre at JPIEAS. It is designed to meet the information needs of the JPIEAS community and is also the source for news on the latest developments in business and management. It has a comprehensive collection of literature predominantly related to management and its allied subjects to meet the information needs of its users.
The JP Institute library contains the latest and up to date reference material, reports, books, thesauri, academic journals and audio visual materials for its users. The library has a strong reference section consisting of latest editions of national and international journals covering all areas in Management and Technology. Most of the library's activities are computerized using "KOHAPEX", an integrated library software package.

The JPIEAS state-of-the-art auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 people, is equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment in a centrally air-conditioned environment. The auditorium is used round the year for hosting intra and inter college events like seminars, conferences, debates, and cultural activities. It is also utilized by industry associations for conferences and seminars.

The institute has the state-of-the-art Conference Hall with a seating capacity of more than 100 candidates. The hall is equipped with latest audio-visual system. It forms the part of regular teaching-learning schedule. It forms the platform of faculty meeting as well.

E.D.P. Centre provides computer facilities to the student with 1:1 ratio, The entire campus of JPIEAS is Wi-Fi i.e. network is wireless. The centre is also well equipped with Scanners, Laser. Inkjet, DeskJet Dot-Matrix etc. Student are well exposed to the various equipment required during the courses for their practical’s and theory knowledge.

Ability to work as a team is a critical skill in the corporate work-place which JPIEAS students learn to master in Syndicate Rooms. The spacious, stylist & air-conditioned Syndicate Rooms provide the perfect setting to acquire team skills through exercises like brain-storming sessions, group discussions, role-plays etc.
